Data Back Up

Data back up can be as simple as your email settings, folders, address book and browser settings. It can also involve music, pictures and a multitude of documents.
The price for any given back up can vary on what you need saved. Each job will be priced on its own requirements.
This procedure is more cost effective for you to have it done in our shop but we can do it at your premises if that is your preference.

This service is often integrated with other services you are having done during a repair or upgrade. Please call for quotes on a function you are not sure of

Operating System Installation

If you need to have your Operating System (OS) reinstalled due to corruption by virus attack or for some other reason and you have your original OS disk, we can back up your sensitive data, reinstall your OS and then reinstall your data to its previous condition.

If you don’t have your original OS disk, we have Microsoft Operating systems at very competitive prices. This is a good opportunity to inspect your system for age deficiencies and make upgrade recommendations.

This procedure is more cost effective for you to have it done in our shop but we can do it at your premises if that is your preference.

In most cases Data Back Up charges will also apply. Peripheral software installation charges will be negotiated before work commences.

Diagnostics

If you need your equipment looked at but are uncertain about whether or not you want to complete any recommended procedure, it will only cost you the Diagnostic Fee to help you determine the cost of any given repair or upgrade.
We will check it out and make our recommendations and then you can decide how you would like to proceed. We can also performing this procedure on site (On Site Service rates apply).

Virus, Spyware, Adware, etc.

Surfing the web has become more precarious than ever and having the best protection possible is key to safe surfing. If you’ve notice that your computer does not perform the way it once did, there’s a good chance that Spyware and possibly even viral infection could be the culprit.

We price our Virus Removal Service based on the average time it takes to locate and remove an infection. In almost every case we prefer to do this in our facility.
